Any crafts or hands-on activities. Playing outside or just running around! I played volleyball for 7 years, sports are one of my favorite things to do, and I am willing to learn a new sport to play with little ones!
The most important part about being a nanny...
Making sure the child is hitting milestones (no hate to any parents), when a child hits a certain age, I work with them to hit their next milestone, Eg; Walking, Sitting up, basic spelling or speech. I am trained to recognize ADHD and some autism/special needs. I have my NOCTI certificates, which were from a 4-year ECE class.
My experience with special needs children...
I have some experience with a 1-year-old and a 2 year old that have special needs. One of which used sign language, which I am fluent in!

When there's a connection that the kids have with me and get excited to either do a craft, or go outside. Any moment where a child was excited to play and learn!
