My favorite moments are the little everyday things — like when a child finally learns something I’ve been helping them with, or when they get excited to show me something new. I also love the bonding moments, like reading together, doing activities, or when they start to trust me and feel comfortable around me. Those are the moments that remind me why I love childcare.
