Having lived in Oregon my entire life, I've always loved spending time outdoors and taking advantage of everything our beautiful state has to offer. With summer coming up, I enjoy activities such as trips to the park, walks, playground visits, outdoor games and exploring local trails.
For indoor activities, I enjoy reading, arts and crafts, board games, puzzles, building projects, baking simple treats, and helping with homework. I enjoy making a positive, creative environment where children can learn, be themselves, and have fun.

The most important part about being a babysitter is making sure children feel safe, happy, and cared for while their parents are gone. I think it's important to build a good relationship with both the children and their family so everyone feels comfortable, supported and understood. This past spring I was in Spain for three months babysitting and teaching English to the three girls in my host family every day. I absolutely loved working with them and really want to continue working with kids after this experience.
