Making sure the kids is taken care of and is safe and comfortable the whole time and also talk to the parents and check in with them and tell them everything is good or etc
My experience with special needs children...
I took care of kids with verbal and non verbal autism. I also took care of kids with cerebral palsy. My siblings also have autism and special needs and I help with them and know that to do in certain situations to help the kid stay calm and use coping skills.

When I put up a little like slide and pool and the kids ran around the yard and was playing and they started shooting me with a water gun and ballon’s so we had a water fight and it was really fun
