It’s a lot of key things to being a nanny but let’s start with patience and respect. Every child is different in their own way so I respect their wishes and commands but also take notes from their parents so we all can bond and work together. It’s team work .

I’ve worked with one special needs child and the experience wasn’t much different from working with any other child . A little patience is all that’s needed .

It’s so many I’m not sure which one is my favorite but I’ll have to go with carving pumpkins around Halloween time . So crafty and team work gets it done . I enjoyed it and so did the four children helping along .
