The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important to me about being a nanny or just a person is to accept others for who they are. To allow kids to make mistakes but know it’s not the end of world . To allow kids to be kids and not force them to be anything else. To treat children how I would want someone to treat my future daughter. To be a nanny , mom , auntie , uncle , dad , grandparent or any figure is important because children absorb any and everything we do. So being a nanny is really important because you’re having the most vulnerable moments with the children. Allowing them to cry because it’s normal , teaching them to laugh at the hardest things so it could seem easy.
