I have over five years of paid childcare experience caring for children from infants to pre‑teens. Since 2019, I’ve worked as both a mother’s helper and an independent babysitter, supervising play, preparing light meals, assisting with routines, and keeping the environment clean and safe. I also spent nine months working in a gym daycare, where I supervised groups of children, kept them engaged, and balanced childcare with reception and cleaning duties. These roles strengthened my ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and create a positive, safe environment for kids.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing fun, creative, and active things with kids. Some of my favorite activities include arts and crafts, dress‑up and imaginative play, drawing, reading together, and simple hair or pretend‑makeup play when appropriate. I enjoy playing tag, going on walks, watching movies, and joining in on pretend games — the bigger the imagination, the better. I’m also open to light sports and outdoor activities as long as they’re safe.

I encourage kids to stay creative and engaged without relying heavily on screens, and I’m always happy to follow their interests and join in whatever they’re excited about. I’m not comfortable supervising swimming or water‑based activities, but I offer plenty of fun alternatives to keep kids entertained and active.

The most important part of being a nanny or childcare worker is helping children grow. I want to create a safe, happy, and healthy environment where kids can develop their imaginations, personalities, and dreams. It breaks my heart when a child isn’t given the space to truly thrive, not just survive. I want every child I work with to feel supported, encouraged, and free to explore who they are in a place where they feel completely safe and cared for.

I don’t have one single favorite memory, because every child I’ve worked with has given me something special. Some of my favorite moments are the little adventures we create together — like trying to stay afloat on a turtle in a “sea of lava,” or having sweet, elegant lunches at a pretend Chick‑fil‑A on the playground. Every child brings their own imagination and personality, and I truly cherish each memory and experience I’ve had with them.
