Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I am the oldest of four and have grown up caring for kids. I was 8 when my youngest brother was born and I took care of him when my parents were out. I have done many babysitting jobs for family and friends since I was 13. I also worked in the church nursery for 2 years with children 5 and under (infants included).

The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is helping make a difference while they are still developing. By inserting life lessons and helping them understand changes and new experiences, they can grow up well-rounded and have a better grip on life as they go through their individual journeys.
My experience with special needs children...
My youngest brother is on the spectrum. He is currently 12 but I have been taking care of him since he was born. I am able to easily work with other children who are special needs and I understand their requirements, differences, and preferences.
