I have always had a passion for teaching and connecting with children. Their safety, wellbeing and happiness is top priority for me as well as a focus on emotional and social development. I’m very experienced with multiple infants at once; (working in a childcare center the past year) however I am very happy working with multiple other age groups as well. I’m very calm patient and nurturing by nature, and enjoy creative problem solving. I believe building trust and a sound relationship with the child(ren) in my care is the key to success. I use redirection when needed and also can develop behavioral incentives to encourage positive behavior if needed.
