For the past five years, while completing my undergraduate degree, I worked at a community center where I gained extensive experience working with children. The facility offered summer camps and swimming lessons, so my days were filled with engaging and supervising kids in a variety of activities. I taught swim lessons, developed and led lesson plans, and actively participated in programs to ensure the children were learning, safe, and having fun.
