Building trust with both the children and their families is at the heart of my work. I believe in nurturing not only their physical needs but also their emotional, social, and developmental growth. Helping children feel confident, curious, and secure is what makes this work so meaningful to me.

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite childcare moments was seeing a toddler in my class take their very first steps. I had been encouraging them for weeks, cheering them on, and the joy on their face (and mine!) when they finally let go and walked across the room was priceless. Moments like these remind me how rewarding it is to support children as they grow and reach milestones, big or small.
