The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a Nanny or babysitter is Nurturing. The idea of nurturing a child is at the heart of a nanny's role. Being able to connect on a deep level, build a safe, loving relationship and offer a stable environment are all important elements of nurturing your child. & this is one of my favorite parts of being a nanny/babysitter because I’m able to connect with the little ones around me!
My experience with special needs children...
I’ve worked with children who are Autistic, has ADD or ADHD & schizophrenia as I’ve had a few foster children with these disorders and my eldest son has all four disorders! I’ve also worked with children who have weak immune systems and can only be cared for a certain way! Such as a child who has had open heart surgery (HLHS)
