Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
Aside from my previous nanny experience, I also have worked as a WSI (water safety instructor) for about 5-6 years. I taught swim lessons to children of all ages and of all skill levels.
I have also volunteered as a "big sister" /mentor for the Denver Special Olympics for 13 summers now. In this role I work along side special needs children and young adults, helping them if they need it, but mostly just hanging out with them throughout the duration of the scheduled event.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Are basically anything that involves being outdoors, going on walks or to the park to play. Activitoes that keep the little ones moving around like scavenger hunts, "obstacle courses" and dance parties. I try to make it a priority to limit screen even if we are in the house all day. And laslty i am an artist, so i really love doing any arts and crafts activity that allows the kiddos to be creative.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is working alongside the parents to create a fun, positive, and safe space for the litte one(s).
