Hi! My name is Shelby Burgess, I am 18 years old, and I am very passionate about working with kids! I have several years of paid babysitting experience. Even before I was paid for babysitting I took care of my younger brothers, cousins, and family friends. I have also completed over 100 hours of community service at Alturas Elementary School where I worked one on one with the kids several days a week. I also am very close with the kids at my church. I supervise, care for, and make personal connections with all of the kids. I have worked with kids of all ages from infants to preteens. I have my Associates Degree and I am currently working towards my Bachelors in Education. I am taking several early childhood based classes. I love outdoor, educational, and crafty activities. I am very comfortable with light housework, meal prep, running errands, keeping the house rules and routines.
