Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I was a youth coordinator at my local YMCA for 4+ years. I was the on deck supervisor for all ages for swim lessons. I taught kids from 6-12 months- high school level in swim instructing, even seniors. I was a head lifeguard and CPR/ AED training instructor. I was a nanny for a family of two kids for 3+ years while in school.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I am a golfer, swimmer, and I play on a softball team for my church. I love all activities that involve being outdoors, arts and crafts. I've played the piano for 15 years, have knowledge for various instruments and can read and write music. Anything your child takes an interest in, I would too.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Is making sure the child or children are in a safe environment, where they are loved and constantly learning. I want to be not only a positive influence on your children, but a mentor and good role model. I understand you as the parent might not be able to be there all the time and that's where I come in and work my magic. With me, your kids will have fun and be in a constant learning environment. I believe that kids should be entitled to that for future success.
