I am an enthusiastic, creative, and responsible individual who is excited to meet you and your family. I just graduated from college and am preparing to go to school for occupational therapy. Growing up with a younger brother with a disability, I developed a heart and passion for individuals with special needs. I have had the opportunity to interact with and care for a variety of children and adults with special needs including autism, down syndrome, and physical disabilities. I believe these individuals are uniquely made in the image of God and I strive to show the love of Christ in all I do. I have been able to work at a camp in Mississippi as a camp counselor and kitchen crew leader. I also worked at a camp specifically for children and adults with special needs in Pennsylvania. Here I was able to be trained in how to interact and communicate with individuals with special needs, personal care, and lifts. I love to have fun and take time for small teachable moments in life.
