My name is Shernell and I am a 46 year old woman who loves working with children. I am always, bright, bubbly, energetic, happy and smiling. I have no problem commuting to a job. I have 10 plus
years of experience with children new born to ages 12. I also have experience in baby nursing.
I am a certified fitness coach, personal trainer. I am
CPR/FIRST AID/AED certified. I am responsible, loving, punctual, creative, hardworking,
dependable, intelligent and energetic. Some of the activities that I do with children are: tummy time, taking them
for walks, reading
story time at library), play dates, the play ground, play groups and classes. I like to teach them new and exciting things daily. Example,
through singing, telling stories, painting etc. I am passionate about caring for children, health and wellness.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Some of the activities that I do with children are: tummy time, taking them
for walks, reading with them and to them, taking them on educational trips (like the museum,
story time at library), play dates, the play ground, play groups and classes. Other activities, especially indoors, finger puppets, coloring, hand print painting, fun dances, yoga, the eye spy with my eye game, spelling games, alphabet game, singing, bedtime story and action fun. I like to use the
different days of the week to teach them new and exciting things and how to express themselves. My aim is to keep it fresh and interesting.

The most important part about being a nanny...

I am a childcare provider simply because I
love working with children of all ages. After all the young minds of today are our next generation
so nurturing and molding them into fine human beings is very important to me. Their safety, wellbeing, health and happiness takes precedent.
I am a certified fitness coach, I put my knowledge and
skills into caring for the children, from fun, healthy games and exercises, both indoor and
outdoor, to healthy eating habits and healthy strong mind and body creative activities.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Watching one of thr kids I cared for on the first day of school, walk into the classroom and told me don't cry, I will see you at home later. I was delighted and proud.
