My experience with special needs children...
A few children that I have worked with and with in the last past 10 years have been autistic and three of the kids faced ADHD, Speech problems, and a variety of severe health issues. Those challenges have not stopped me from loving the work I do and enjoying those moments with the kids and family.

My first experience was my first day on a job. The kids and I were out in the park and I got stung by a wasp the kids were so upset and sad because they thought I was going to die, so they started crying and hugging me while saying "no no no miss Sherrell don’t leave me ."🥰 Until this day that is something that I'll always remember because it warmed my heart how passionate these kids were.
