What matters most to me with my position of being a Nanny is always Puting the child’s safety first, making sure the child feels secure, and loved, giving children full attentiveness and understanding, always being there whether they are feeling emotional and need to talk or just need you to sit with them when they are overwhelmed or frustrated, making them giggle, helping the transition of the day go smooth when parents are away, and always making their day exciting.
