Being a nanny is all about learning to care for individual children needs. As well as the needs in the household. I think it’s incredibly crucial to learn to integrate yourself into the family in an appropriate way, so the kids feel as comfortable as possible.

I used to nanny this amazing little girl who was a fabulous artist. She would draw me pictures and then insist I took them home, put them on my wall, and then brought back a picture of them proudly displayed.
