I volunteered during middle school at a church nursery I have also worked at a daycare for children 3-5 years old and 6 weeks- 2 years

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love being creative with kids and letting them have fun. Coloring, drawing, little at home experiments, I also love playing/teaching kid's games I used to play when I was younger like tag, hide and seek, duck duck goose.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is being able to help, educate, have fun, and take care of the child(ren). If the children have attention, needs are met, and they are having fun and learning I know I'm doing something right.

My experience with special needs children...

I have cared for a mom who had a son who has ADD/ADHD with anger issues and another son who has Asperger Syndrome. My younger sister also has CP and is completely dependent on others (eating/ moving around/ diapers)

The most important part about being a nanny...

My favorite memory of my time babysitting is I always teach the kids the song "The Cuppy Cake Song" and my last time watching a set of siblings they sung it for me, and I cried.
