I also come equipped with a treasure box, and will reward for good behavior after babysitting sessions (with parent permission, of course)!
My experience with special needs children...
I have had experience with verbal and nonverbal children (just about everywhere along the spectrum) over the years. Experienced/trained with Speech devices (both digital and paper) and therapies. I have aided and initiated occupational and speech therapy routines and practices from Kindergarten age students, all the way through 6th grade. I have also set and maintained behavior plans both in and out of classrooms. Working with special needs children is a personal passion of mine, and something I do well.
