My background as a lead preschool teacher has given me a strong foundation in child development, early learning, and behavior management. The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was helping a little girl I cared for overcome her fear of reading out loud. She was shy and would get frustrated easily, but we started a fun daily routine where we’d take turns reading silly books together. I cheered her on, and little by little, she started gaining confidence. The day she read an entire book to her parents by herself (with a huge smile on her face!) was such a proud and heartwarming moment for both of us. Watching a child grow and believe in themselves is what makes this job so meaningful to me.
