Hello, My name is Sierra but I go by Jace! I’ve been working in childcare since 2020. I’ve worked at Primrose of Garden Oaks for two years as the lead teacher my duties included Implementing the lesson plans from the Balanced Learning® curriculum, Building genuine relationships with every child by ensuring the development of personal connections, Showing competency in child rearing by potty training over 50 toddlers, teaching school-ready materials, and creating a safe classroom environment where all feel and welcomed.
