I taught Sunday School and Vacation Bible School for years. I developed and implemented a 2-year old “Mommy and Me” toddler program and created and taught a Christian preschool program for 3-year-olds. I raised 4 children of my own and have been very involved with my grandchildren.

My experience with special needs children...
My twin Grandsons were premature and born at 27 weeks. They spent weeks in ICU and required extensive medical treatment. I made numerous trips to CHOP for gastroenterology, pulmonology and immunology and they received 4 hour intravenous infusions every 2 weeks for years. They needed additional scholastic reinforcement to aid in learning. One grandson has ADD and ADHD.
My oldest daughter has Cystic Fibrosis and has required specialized medical treatment through out her life. She is also diabetic and requires insulin injections.
