The most important part about being a nanny...
Ate. As a nanny and close with my employer son (toddler) I had a lot conversations with him taught him manners, singing, reading books and reminding him about the instructions.
My employer 2nd child still baby so I made sure she drinks milk on time and took a bath followed the parent's schedule.instructions.
