Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
my most recent daycare experience includes working at the Goddard School full time in the infant classroom (ages 8 weeks to 9 months).
in addition, i was an assistant teacher at Westminster Canterbury child development center for about 4 years, and before that i volunteered with them for about 2 summers consecutively my junior and senior year of high school! while there, i worked with kids aged 0-12, but for a majority of my position i was in the infants, mobiles (0-1.5yrs) classroom and the toddlers (1-2.5yrs) classroom and i definitely would say those are im favorite age groups to work with— the infant to toddler range! prior to this, i babysat on numerous occasions with connections i made in high school through friends and their families, as well as babysitting for some of the kids i worked with while employed at westminster canterbury!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
going on walks, going to the park, pool activities, taking them to play dates, field trips (zoo, maymont, etc), encouraging early education by keeping them aware of their surroundings and constantly asking them questions, allowing them to be as independent as possible not never hesitating to help when needed!
The most important part about being a nanny...
being able to aid in and experience milestones and the development of a child!
