Hi I’m Skye! I am a 27 year old graduate student. I have worked with children in various roles for the past ten years. I have four years of experience as a babysitter/nanny role with ages ranging from 6 months- 12 years old. My primary work experience outside of childcare is working as a CNA with special needs adults/children. Most recently I was a ABA therapy techinican for two years with clients ages 2-8 years old. While working as a ABA technician I was able to see how beneficial positive reinforcement is for children and that has shaped how I view caretaking and teaching children.
