The most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe and loving space where children feel seen, heard, and valued. It’s about building trust, sharing laughter, comforting tears, and being someone they can count on every single day. Watching them grow, learn, and gain confidence and knowing you played even a small part in that is the most special reward of all.
My experience with special needs children...
I have been apart of my unified club both in high school and college so have a lot of experience working with children who have special needs. I’ve also been able to coach the special Olympics for a few seasons now which has been so much fun!
