A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Skyler! I’m 20 years old, and I am looking for some extra money to help with bills! I have cared for my two nephews and my niece for the last few years and have loved doing it. They range from 7 months to 5 years old and I love them dearly, technically none of them are my actual niece or nephews but because of the relationship I have with their parents they consider me an aunt, and I consider them my own children. I do also watch my co-workers son occasionally who is 10 years old! I also care for him as if he were my own. I attend his football games and any other events he has to show him how much support and love he has! If you choose to go with me for a nanny I promise I will care for your children as if they are my own. I know I’m not first aid or CPR certified, however I do know the basics and can care for your child in a situation like that if anything were to happen. More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I cared for my nieces and nephews and my coworkers son. I have also helped my mom in her class room, she’s a special education teacher and I have loved working with her kids so much!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love going for walks/hikes, kayaking, I’ll jump on a trampoline with them, go swimming, I will also paint, color, draw, play board games, anything really!

The most important part about being a nanny...

What matters to me most about being a nanny is making sure your kids feel safe and comfortable and protected. If I had kids, I would want someone to watch my kids as if they were my own, and that’s just what I intend to do for your children if you choose me for a nanny

My experience with special needs children...

I don’t have a whole lot of experience with special needs children, but my mom is a special ed teacher and I have helped her in her classroom before as well as her troop for girl scouts with special needs!

The most important part about being a nanny...

One of my favorite nanny moments was with my nephew Anthony who’s 2 and a half now. He is just the funniest kid, but my favorite thing ever is whenever I come over he runs and hugs me and gives me a kiss on the cheek! He’s actually a special needs kid himself and he’s so loving when he has a bond with someone and I just can’t get enough of it!
