I think being a nanny is so important because you've been chosen to care for someones kids! They've chosen to trust you in the care of their children and you get to watch them grow and learn! Im such a nurturing person and I truly love being around kids. I love teaching them new things.

I personally have not had any babysitting experience with special needs kids but it would never be a problem for me to care for special needs children
The most important part about being a nanny...
Ive had soooo many sweet moments with kids. When I worked at a trampoline park, little kids would come talk to me all the time. This one little girl asked me my name and then asked if we could be best friends. I said of course! She would come in every week and talk to me about school and call me her best friend. It was the sweetest thing ever.
