I have worked in ECE for 10 years as an infant and toddler teacher, 3 & 4 year old teacher, assistant director, and nature school teacher. Prior to working in ECE I was a nanny for two years with a nanny agency, where I cared for children from newborns to 12 years old.

Building a strong, respectful, and positive relationship with the children and families I serve! My top priority is for the kids in my care to feel safe and comfortable, and for their families to feel confident that I have their children's well being at the top of my mind at all times. I practice respectful and responsive caregiving which means that I respect and validate children's feelings and perspectives and listen closely when they communicate. This has been a skill set that has helped me build terrific relationships with dozens of children over the years.
