More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have several years of experience working with children in different environments. I worked as a special needs teacher in training for 2–3 years, where I learned patience, communication skills, and how to support children with different needs and personalities.
I also worked at a martial arts academy teaching children throughout the day, helping them build confidence, discipline, and teamwork while creating a fun and positive environment. In addition, I have experience babysitting many children of different ages and truly enjoy spending time with kids, keeping them engaged, active, and safe.
I’m responsible, energetic, and passionate about creating a caring and fun atmosphere where children feel comfortable and supported.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I love creating fun and happy memories with children through creative and playful activities. I enjoy painting, playing outside, running around in the backyard, and spending quality time helping kids learn their colors, numbers, and ABCs in exciting and encouraging ways. I also love cozy movie times with fun family-friendly shows and movies.
Seeing children smile, laugh, learn, and grow brings me so much joy, and I always strive to create a warm, safe, loving, and positive environment where they feel comfortable, supported, and free to be themselves.

The most important part about being a nanny...
I believe the most important part of being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and positive environment where children feel supported, cared for, and free to be themselves. Being kind, patient, having fun, and maintaining healthy boundaries are all very important to me.
I also believe it is such a special responsibility to be trusted by parents to care for their children. I value that trust deeply and always strive to be dependable, attentive, and someone both children and parents feel comfortable with.

My experience with special needs children...
I have both personal and professional experience working with children with special needs. Growing up with my special needs younger brother taught me patience, compassion, and understanding from a young age. I was also a special education teacher in training focused on autism, where I learned how to support children with different needs in a caring and positive way.
In addition, I volunteered through my church’s special needs programs, which gave me even more experience creating meaningful connections with children and helping them feel safe, included, and loved.

Hi there!
Im Lindsay. I am relocating in November to Las Vegas from Arizona. I have been taking care of children since i was 13 years old. I've taken college courses, worked in a behavioral center, babysat, was a live in and live out nanny & have a 23 year old son. I love being around children & like to plan fun activities that they can also learn from. I do not like to have tv on as i perfer doing activities with children. My son did not grow up around a tv, we did crafts, park, games, cooking/baking, outings, museums, library. I had a very hard time trusting my son with very many people. So know your kids will be in safe hands and i am CPR/FIRST AIDE certified, Arizona Fingerprint Card, nice car with a/c, insurance, refrences. If you want to know more send me a message.

Hi, my name is Maci Edwards, and I have three years of experience working with children in various settings, including daycare and as an after-school teacher at an elementary school. One of my favorite activities to do with children is arts and crafts because it allows them to express their creativity and individuality.
