What matters is to make sure that they are being attended at ALL time and not be left alone. I'm also big on making sure they're not being mistreated because in the past one of my neices was left at a daycare where they were bringing her home with pinch bruises all the time and that is not ok.

My favorite nanny moment was when I was playing with them all day because their mom ended up in the hospital so I was babysitting for hours. The kids got so exhausted they fell asleep around me. The little one on my stomach, the older one hugging me, and the other one hugging his sister. It was very cute and I was happy they could relax at a time like that.
