A little bit about me

Hi! My name is Sonora, and I’m 22 years old. I’m the oldest of four siblings and have been caring for children most of my life, from helping raise my siblings to babysitting and working as a preschool teacher for a year. I grew up in a small town in Oregon and also spent some time living in Hawaii with my mom, which helped grow my love for being outdoors and staying active.
I’m a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and previously worked as a pediatric medical assistant in Central Oregon, an experience I absolutely loved. I later returned to elder caregiving, but my passion for working with children has always stayed close to my heart. My dream is to one day become a mom, and until then, I would love to help a family by creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their little ones.
