Hello! My name is Sophia I am 23 years of age. I have lived in Florida my whole life, I moved away for a couple months to take care of a family member and just moved back to the area. My experience with watching kids started at the age of 11 watching my own brothers with their ages starting at 6 and almost 2 years old. That went on until I turned 15. I also have history with watching 2 other families children. Ages being 7months(boy), 5y/o(girl) and the second families children’s Ages at the time were 3(girl) 7(girl). More About Me

Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...

I worked for a company called TSS photography, which is basically a company that does year book photos, school photos, photos for sports in different cities as well, this required me having to distract and position kids and have them sit still which we all know can sometimes can be hard to do especially for a perfect photo!

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

Anything that interests your child will interest me as well. I love kids I get along great with them. Some activities, of course differs in age but some examples can be coloring, time outside, if they are in school, fun learning games or making homework in a fun way. The television is always an option but I try to keep kids off of technology unless that is what you would prefer and like I said whatever the children like to do!

The most important part about being a nanny...

The most important part to me is making the parents feels comfortable of course and having the children feel comfortable to be them selves with me!

My experience with special needs children...

I have only worked with a child who was 5y/0 with asthma and serve allergies. Her mother would right out a schedule for me when do give her her medications. There was never an issue when it came to that.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Honestly seeing the kids smile and laugh, it makes me feel happy an as well will make me smile or laugh with them. I recall this one time I was watching a 5y/o girl and she LOVED to be outside especially on her scooter. She would want me push her, or “try” to keep up with her as she would ride the scooter I would be running next to her, I would also sit on her scooter and she would push me, also her riding her scooter or giving her piggy back rides to go check the mail and racing back to the house.
