The most important part about being a nanny...
Number 1 is always keeping the kids safe and healthy. Number 2 is having fun with them and helping them to grow into the best little people they can be. I always tell my nanny kids “my number one job is keeping you safe, if I say not to do something it is usually a safety thing.” At this point they understand that pretty well but I often reiterate it if they feel like I’m stopping the fun by saying no.

The most important part about being a nanny...
Honestly it is impossible to choose just one, I have been blessed with the opportunity to spend time with the funniest, sweetest, most caring kids in the entire world. One that makes me laugh though is when the kids put on performance or acts. The kids I currently nanny for love to put on plays or do impressions. At least once a week one of them will pretend to be me by wearing my sunglasses, hat, jacket, bag, or whatever I have with me that day. It is hilarious every single time and they have the most fun doing it.
