More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have taken care of 7 nephews, nieces and cousins all ranging from 0-10. I am scheduled to officially be a CNA at the end of May and I'm currently dual enrolled at young harris college. I am very flexible with my schedule and do online school so I can relate to the little ones during this time. I have earned many honor awards for grades and I am good with children. I am excited to find a family who wants me to be their nanny.
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Games, cooking, movies, bike rides, picnics, and little adventures that they want to go on. I like to allow kids to choose what we do so they learn independence and good decision making skills. I also believe that even when you tell them no some kids may listen and others are just determined to do it, so that is when i will allow them to learn from their mistakes but in a way they wont get harmed. Whoever picks me as their nanny will see that I treat their kids as my number one priority and like they're my own.
My experience with special needs children...
I sadly don't have much experience with special needs, but would love to have the experience. I am a determined learner and I have done so much research for special needs. When kids have special needs, that makes them even better to work with and they really are special to me. They are different and that is what makes me have a deeper passion and care for them.
