A little bit about me

Hey there! My name is Starrla. I just recently graduated with my associates in Early Childhood Education and Development! I worked at Head Start for 4 years and have worked with kids for about 6 years. I have a passion for social/emotional development and helping children understand their (sometimes, but oftentimes) complex emotions. My goal is to eventually become a child mental health consultant or play therapist!

In my free time I love going to the zoo, reading, doing puzzles, lifting at the gym and spending time with my family! Now that I have graduated I am hoping to spend more time with my nieces and nephews and family making new, lasting memories.

I currently live by myself in KC with my two cats- Gizmo, who is my 13 year old baby, and my 1 year old Ham, who is truly a Ham.
