To me, the most important part about being a nanny is building a strong, trusting relationship with both the children and their families. I believe in creating a safe, loving environment where children feel supported, understood, and encouraged to be themselves. Being a consistent, positive presence in a child’s life is such a privilege, and I take that responsibility seriously. It's not just about watching kids—it's about helping them grow, learn, and feel confident every step of the way.
