A little bit about me

Hi there! I'm a 22-year-old senior in college. I am majoring in political science with an emphasis in legal studies and I am so excited to graduate this spring. Some of my interests include crafting, calligraphy, baking, fashion, and of course, childcare.
I have been a babysitter/nanny for 11 years now, and have worked with over 20 different families. I have experience with kids of all ages, from newborns to pre-teens. I'm not afraid of stinky diapers, baths, or bedtimes. Believe me, I've seen it all! In addition to my experience, I am also a Red Cross Certified Babysitter and am CPR Certified. Most importantly, I love little kiddos and sincerely enjoy getting to meet and connect with new families.
While I am currently attending school in Northern California, I will be moving to the Chicagoland area in mid-August. I am so excited to come back to my roots in the Midwest and I can't wait to find a new family to nanny for along the way.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love doing field trips with the kids I nanny for. I find it so important to get kids out of the house, especially after being cooped up for two years due to COVID. Currently, I like to take the kids I nanny for to the park, the local children museum, the movie theatre, and around my college campus.

During my senior year of high school, I babysat for 7 year old girl with autism for a few hours 2-3 times a week.

My favorite nanny moment was when I got to watch the 3 year old girl I was nannying for swim all by herself. We had spent all summer in swim classes together and it was so exciting to witness her swim all on her own.
