In high school, I worked for my church's and school's after school care program. All throughout college, I spend every summer as a camp counselor or on summer staff. Since graduating college, I have continue to work in youth ministry and camp full-time.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

LOVE being outdoors, whether its walks, runs, bike rides, etc. I really enjoy rock climbing as well.

The most important part about being a nanny...

is creating a space where the children feel loved and known. Every child deserves attention and I am happy to give it them. I also believe it is really important for children to be active and time spent away from technology. Ultimately, I hope me doing my best job will support the parents well where they feel like they can be even better parents than they already are.

My experience with special needs children...

I do not have much experience, however, would love to. I truly believe I have the patience and understanding to do so.
