"We love Stephanie, she is the most loving nanny we have had! She focuses on play based learning, creating art with my son, and singing silly songs he enjoyed. This also transitioned to my daughter as she came along. She isn’t one to put on a tv, she really gets active. Handles discipline by addressing the issue on my son’s level.
Though, I returned to being a stay at home mom again, she still is able to come give us a day off, and the kids are always so excited to see her. Highly recommend!"

When a child was not interested in troubleshooting and asked me to do it, I politely told her this is a great learning opportunity. She was 11, and rolled her eyes.
A few moments in, she figured it out and excitedly said "I did it!" And I said "that was awesome, great job" and gave her a high five and said I am proud she figured it out on her own (with a small amount of guidance)
My greatest joy is showing kids how capable they are with a little coaxing and patience.
