I started babysitting in middle school and I worked at a boys and girls club as a teenager after high school I worked as a substitute daycare teacher . I’ve nannied for 4 families and I currently work at a Hillsborough county Elementary school .

Activities I enjoy doing with children...

I love to take children on outings especially parks in order to inspire creativity and imagination beyond technological devices and to local libraries for story time and pretend play to boosts literacy , develop creativity , encourage curiosity and learning. I also love building , art and crafts and making tasty healthy snacks .

My experience with special needs children...

My now 27 yr old daughter was diagnosed with an emotional, behavioral and learning disability at a young age which prepared me for most obstacles I have encountered with special needs children. I understand that caring for special needs children is not a one size fits all I’m open to any additional trainings that may be needed to care for your loved ones.

The most important part about being a nanny...

Playing hide and seek is always hilarious but I love when I get to witness the teachings that I have taught like pushing through difficult moments , displaying good manners and taking accountability.
