More About Me
Relevant experience where I also cared for children were...
I have over two years of hands-on nannying experience caring for children from infancy through adolescence. I’ve worked closely with infants and toddlers, supporting daily routines, developmental activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment, while also being comfortable caring for older children.
I also gained patient care experience during my nursing clinical rotations at a children’s hospital, where I spent about six weeks in both the ICU and intermediate care units. This strengthened my ability to monitor, assess, and respond to children’s needs in a calm, attentive, and safety-focused way.

Activities I enjoy doing with children...
I enjoy engaging children in activities that support both fun and development, such as reading, interactive play, and age-appropriate learning games. I love incorporating outdoor time, music, and activities that encourage curiosity and imagination.
With younger children, I focus on sensory play, music, and routines that support early development. For older children, I enjoy helping with homework, organizing structured activities, and finding ways to make learning enjoyable. I always tailor activities to each child’s interests and developmental stage to keep them engaged and supported.

The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, nurturing, and reliable environment where children feel secure, supported, and able to grow. Building trust with both the child and the family is essential, as it allows for strong relationships and open communication.
I also believe it’s important to be attentive, patient, and consistent, while supporting each child’s individual needs and development. Being someone a child feels comfortable with, while also giving parents peace of mind, is what truly makes a meaningful impact in this role.

The most important part about being a nanny...
My favorite nanny moments are watching children grow and reach new milestones over time. There’s something really special about being there from infancy into the toddler years and seeing their personality develop, whether it’s their first steps, first words, or even small moments like recognizing you and getting excited to see you.
I also really value the trust and bond that builds over time, both with the child and the family. Being part of those everyday moments and knowing you’re helping support their growth and development is what makes the experience so meaningful to me.
