I have worked with a family through nanny lane which I'm currently employed with. I have had a wonderful experience working with their two daughters ages 2 and 1 for the past year and a half. Family has decided to transition from a full-time nanny to preschool/daycare. Please reference my letter of recommendation in my profile. My last day with them will be 9/11/26 and will have full availability after that.
I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at a childcare facility. We practiced applied behavior analysis, conducted programs, and helping children with disabilities. This was also a lovely experience that I now have under my belt.
I also was a cheerleader/ gymnast my whole life and frequently have helped out with toddler, youth, and teenage classes at my old gym PCM located in Murrieta CA with up to ten students in one class.

I love to be engaged with your child during play-time. I love guiding children's development through creative play, reading, and structured activities. I love doing crafts with the kids, taking them to the park to play, and taking the children swimming ( If parent is comfortable).
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important part about being a nanny is to make sure to build a close and trusting relationship with the parents to assure professionalism. I always base my teaching style/ way of handling emotional outbursts on how the parents handle it. I will take what you already apply to your family and do my best to mimic the same. I keep a calm and level-headed demeanor. Lastly, it is my job to create a safe and loving environment where children feel safe and valued.

Working at a childcare facility ACES, working hands on with children with special needs. My role as a RBT was to collect data and conduct certain types of assessments.
The most important part about being a nanny...
Though it is very hard to narrow it down to one moment, my favorite nannying experience would have to be when my two year old told me she loved me. It warmed my heart that I have built such a trusting and loving relationship within what seems like such a short time being her nanny.
