The most important part is learning the specifics of each child. Not every kid is going to react to things the same way. The way you discipline or reward one child may not work for another. Thats why patience is very important when in this career.

In cosmetology school we would have groups of special needs come to our class. We would then teach them how to paint their nails, shampoo & condition, brush their hair, braid or other hair styles, etc.
