My experience with special needs children...
I previously cared for a special needs child who has autism and is still going through diagnoses. I worked with him from ages 1-5 and administered medicine, checked vital signs, fed him a strict diet, and followed any other medical procedures as they came up. I watched him alongside his brother who was 3 years older than him as well.
