More About Me
Activities I enjoy doing with children...
Some outdoor/indoor activities I enjoy doing with kids are water painting, math games, puzzles, and ABC/123 crafts. We also love going on nature walks, doing nature scavenger hunts, making bird feeders, and creating rock art. Indoor favorites include seed planting, DIY terrariums, and simple games like I Spy. These activities combine fun, learning, and creativity!
The most important part about being a nanny...
The most important thing about being a nanny is ensuring the child's well-being. I aim to create a safe, nurturing environment where they feel valued and supported. Learning isn’t always easy, and patience is key. I’m dedicated to meeting each child where they’re at, being adaptable, and providing consistent care for both the child and their family.
My experience with special needs children...
I have experience caring for children with special needs, including those with autism, and I’m always open to learning and adapting to each child’s unique needs. I believe in creating a supportive and engaging environment, tailored to their interests and developmental goals.
The most important part about being a nanny...
One of my favorite nanny moments was when the first child I ever cared for had her very first dance recital. Her parents gave me a ticket, and I felt so special. Not only had I been there to take her to dance and pick her up, but I was also able to see the culmination of her hard work. It truly made me feel like part of their family. I’ve spent holidays with them, and they’ve been a huge source of motivation for me. I love being surrounded by different people who offer unique perspectives on life, and I’m always eager to learn from every experience

Babysitter Available in Chicago, IL: Adriana R.
I have both paid and volunteer childcare experience working with children ranging from ages 2–5 through elementary school. In my roles as a Teacher Aide and Student Teacher, I supported teachers in creating structured, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environments. My responsibilities included assisting with daily routines, activities, transitions, classroom management, and lesson implementation while helping students build independence and confidence.
I also collaborated closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success and foster positive, nurturing relationships with children. These experiences strengthened my ability to work patiently, responsibly, and effectively with children in both classroom and childcare settings.

Hi! My name is Ainsley Pyle and I'm from Kansas City! I recently moved to Chicago for school. I am a freshman majoring in Biology at Loyola University. Though I'm not from the city, I have family here and have grown up visiting often so I am comfortable navigating public transit and the city in general! At home, I have two young siblings. I have a five year old sister and nine year old brother with Down Syndrome. I grew up with many cousins so I have been doing light childcare for over eight years now and officially working in paid childcare positions for four years. I have worked both short term (babysitting) and long term (nanny) jobs with ages newborn to 12 years. I have vast experience working with children with special needs. I am looking for families in Chicago seeking occasional sitters on afternoons when I am not in class, nights, and weekends. I look forward to meeting you!
