I volunteer as a dance coach for a youth team, working with amazing kids between the ages of 5 and 17! I help teach routines, lead practices, and cheer the dancers on as they build confidence and teamwork skills. I work with all the age groups, but I mainly coach the younger team (ages 5–10), which is always full of energy and excitement. Coaching has taught me so much about patience, creativity, and how to make learning fun — and I love seeing the kids grow and shine both on and off the stage!

I love keeping kids active, creative, and having fun! Some of my favorite things to do include arts and crafts, dancing, playing outside, and doing simple DIY projects. I also enjoy reading stories, helping with homework, and coming up with fun games that get kids moving and using their imagination. Whether it’s a trip to the park, a dance party in the living room, or a quiet movie night, I always aim to make each day enjoyable and memorable for the kids I care for.

To me, the most important part about being a nanny is creating a safe, loving, and trusting environment where kids feel happy and supported. It’s about building real connections, being patient, and showing up for them every day — not just to take care of them, but to encourage, guide, and cheer them on as they grow.
